Welcome to uav.fun. By accessing this website or interacting with our Solana-based dApp, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What uav.fun Is

UAV.fun is an early-stage company developing unmanned aerial vehicle prototypes for humanitarian purposes such as forest-fire detection, seed dispersal, search-and-rescue support and similar missions. Through our dApp, users can acquire digital partnership slots connected to specific UAV prototypes and share in rewards according to each UAV’s published pool terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use blockchain applications in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws that apply to you.

3. Digital Partnership Slots

Partnership slots are digital assets recorded on Solana and linked to a specific UAV prototype.
They do not represent equity, securities, legal ownership of the physical aircraft or any claim over UAV.fun as a company.
Slot pricing, maximum slot counts, reward pools and distribution rules are published per UAV inside the dApp before purchase.
Instant-sell options, where offered, are executed at the published rate (for example, 75% of your entry price).

4. Rewards Are Not Guaranteed

Reward pools depend on actual platform and token fee revenue, mission outcomes and the published terms of each UAV. Flight dates may change. Missions may be delayed, unsuccessful or cancelled. Token values fluctuate. Nothing on this website is a promise of profit, and nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

5. Wallets & Transactions

You interact with the dApp through your own Solana wallet. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we cannot cancel, refund or reverse them once confirmed. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and seed phrase. UAV.fun will never ask for your private keys.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to exploit, disrupt or reverse-engineer the dApp or its smart contracts.
Do not use our services for unlawful activity, market manipulation or to harm others.
Do not impersonate uav.fun or present our content as your own.

7. Intellectual Property

The uav.fun name, logo, 3D models, renders, site design and content belong to UAV.fun unless stated otherwise. You may share our public content with attribution; commercial use requires our permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and dApp are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAV.fun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost tokens, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network outages or the actions of third-party services we do not control.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
