This Privacy Policy explains how uav.fun ("UAV.fun", "we", "us") handles information when you visit our website, watch our flights, or interact with our Solana-based dApp. We build drones, not data empires. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information We Collect

Wallet addresses. When you connect a Solana wallet to the dApp, we can see your public wallet address and its on-chain activity. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase.
On-chain data. Partnership purchases, reward accruals and claims are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public by design and outside our control.
Basic technical data. Our hosting providers may log IP addresses, browser type and pages visited for security and performance purposes.
Contact information. If you email us or reach out on X, we receive whatever you choose to share.

2. What We Do Not Collect

We do not require accounts, passwords or personal profiles. We do not collect names, government IDs, payment card details or precise location data through this website.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the website and the dApp and display your partnership positions and rewards.
To secure our services, prevent abuse and debug technical problems.
To announce flights, milestones and platform updates on our public channels.
To comply with legal obligations where they apply to us.

4. Blockchain Transparency

Transactions on Solana are public, permanent and outside our ability to edit or delete. Anyone can view wallet addresses and transaction history on public explorers. Please treat your wallet address as pseudonymous, not anonymous.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited technical data with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, RPC nodes) who process it on our behalf, and we may disclose information if required by law.

7. Data Retention & Security

Off-chain logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and then deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable technical measures to protect our systems, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your wallet and never share your seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to be uav.fun.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
